Once you have commissioned art from me, you reserve all rights to use it however you please. I retain the rights to post the finished commission and use for examples, I do NOT claim the character or design rights. If you do not want me to post your commission, please specify! If you would like to use my art commercially, please discuss with me before commissioning me.

You will receive both a non-watermarked version and a watermarked version of your commission. Please do NOT remove the watermark or claim the artwork as your own.

All versions of the art will be sent to you either via e-mail or Discord; depending on your preference or where updates are shared.

You may NOT ask for major linework changes after colors have been confirmed.* Minor edits are okay!

I have the right to decline a commission, for any reason.

Please make sure your reference sheet is a high quality PNG and is unwatermarked. I will not start your commission until one that fits such criteria is provided.

If you are commissioning a reference sheet and your character design does NOT already exist, I will be asking for a $45 USD upcharge, as I would then also be designing your character along with the reference sheet. If the design already exists, but you would like it redesigned, I will NOT ask for this upcharge as long as the redesign is not major. (Whether the redesign is major or not will be discussed prior to any payments sent.)

If I have not started on your commission, and you would like details to be changed/characters to be changed, let me know! There will be no additional fees for changing characters or details, as long as it is BEFORE I begin your commission.

You may do ANYTHING you wish to the design; once you own the design, it is yours to change and use however you wish. I cannot force you to follow these rules, but please note that if I find you breaking these rules, you will be blacklisted from owning future designs by me.

You may redesign the design as long as the original design credits remain to me, and the design is still recognizable to the one before. Major changes are fine; just at long as there is still some sort of semblance to the original design. You cannot have 2 separate designs from 1.

You may giveaway, raffle off, resell, gift, and trade my designs. If you are selling a design by me, please do NOT sell it higher than its base value UNLESS ART HAS BEEN ADDED TO ITS VALUE. If you bought the character for, example $45 USD, if you are reselling with NO additional art, it should be sold for $45 USD at maximum. If the design was gifted, traded, or otherwise sold without money, this is voided.

DO NOT REMOVE THE TOYHOUSE PROFILE! All my designs are available to be seen on Toyhouse and I would prefer it stay that way! If you do not have a Toyhouse, or the person you are sending the design to does not have an account, I have PLENTY of codes, I am more than happy to give them to you and/or the recipient of the design! If not, just mark it on the profile that it has been sold off-site.

I use Paypal via Invoice and CashApp ONLY. I will NOT ask for any other payment methods, if there is an issue in which you cannot pay through either, we can work something out. Otherwise, those two are the ONLY ways I will ask for payment.

I accept alternative payments by POST ONLY. These methods are NOT available otherwise. The conditions of alternative payments will be described in post.

Payment will be upfront UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE. I'm usually pretty flexible about payment plans and holds, don't be afraid to ask about them if you find it easier. I will NOT start your commission until the payment is 100% completed. Payment plans are especially welcomed for reference sheets!

I will not refund for completed art. If I have not started your commission and you would like a refund, you will receive 100% of the cost. If I have started your commission, you will receive 50%. I can only provide refunds when I am able, I may not be able to refund immediately upon request, but I will be more than happy to once I am in a position to. If requesting a refund, your commission will be voided and no longer worked on. You CANNOT ask for a refund and also ask for the art to be completed. Do not harass me for refunds. I cannot make magic money appear, and I do have needs that I have to pay for first.

Payment via PayPal will ALWAYS be sent through Goods & Services. It is against PayPal T.O.S to pay through Friends & Family. I will NOT ask you to send through F&F, EVER.

I will always share the sketch, lines, and flat colors with you as I work on your commission. If you would like more updates than that, please ask! I will happily and openly share all the progress I can with you.

I am working and now going to school as of Fall 2025. I will be working on art whenever I can find the time.

My TAT has a very large range, from days to several months. I try not to take too long but with all of my real life responsibilities and physical complications, I may take a long time to finish art. Please be patient, I promise to finish all art I owe.
