Once you have commissioned art from me, you reserve all rights to use it however you please. I retain the rights to post the finished commission and use for examples, I do NOT claim the character or design rights. If you do not want me to post your commission, please specify!

You will receive both a non-watermarked version and a watermarked version of your commission. If you are posting the artwork, please use the WATERMARKED version and credit me via any socials I am active on (Instagram, FurAffinity, Toyhouse, etc.). If using for profile photos, banners, etc., you may use the UNWATERMARKED version! Please do NOT remove the watermark or claim the artwork as your own.

You may NOT ask for major linework changes after colors have been confirmed.* Minor edits are okay!

I have the right to decline a commission, for any reason.

Please make sure your reference sheet is a high quality PNG and is unwatermarked. I will not start your commission until one that fits such criteria is provided.

If you are commissioning a reference sheet and your character design does NOT already exist, I will be asking for a $45 USD upcharge, as I would then also be designing your character along with the reference sheet. If the design already exists, but you would like it redesigned, I will NOT ask for this upcharge as long as the redesign is not major.

If I have not started on your commission, and you would like details to be changed/characters to be changed, let me know! There will be no additional fees for changing characters or details, as long as it is BEFORE I begin your commission.

If you would like to use my art commercially, I don't mind, just PLEASE let me know beforehand and credit me for the art wherever used and posted. I won't ask for a fee; I just ask for credits to be provided.

You may do ANYTHING you wish to the design; once you own the design, it is yours to change and use however you wish. I cannot force you to follow these rules, but please note that if I find you breaking these rules, you will be blacklisted from owning future designs by me.

You may redesign the design as long as the original design credits remain to me, and the design is still recognizable to the one before. Major changes are fine; just at long as there is still some sort of semblance to the original design. You cannot have 2 separate designs from 1.

You may giveaway, raffle off, resell, gift, and trade my designs. If you are selling a design by me, please do NOT sell it higher than its base value UNLESS ART HAS BEEN ADDED TO ITS VALUE. If you bought the character for, example $45 USD, if you are reselling with NO additional art, please sell it for $45 USD. If the design was gifted, traded, or otherwise sold without money, this is voided.

DO NOT REMOVE THE TOYHOUSE PROFILE! All my designs are available to be seen on Toyhouse and I would prefer it stay that way! If you do not have a Toyhouse, or the person you are sending the design to does not have an account, I have PLENTY of codes, I am more than happy to give them to you and/or the recipient of the design! If not, just mark it on the profile that it has been sold off-site.

I use Paypal via Invoice and CashApp ONLY. I will NOT ask for any other payment methods, if there is an issue in which you cannot pay through either, we can work something out. Otherwise, those two are the ONLY ways I will ask for payment.

I do accept alternative payments by POST ONLY. These methods are NOT available otherwise. The conditions of alternative payments will be described in post.

Payment will be upfront UNLESS AGREED OTHERWISE. I'm usually pretty flexible about payment plans and holds, don't be afraid to ask about them if you find it easier. I will NOT start your commission until the payment is 100% completed. Payment plans are especially welcomed for reference sheets!

I will not refund for completed art. If I have not started your commission and you would like a refund, you will receive 100% of the cost. If I have started your commission, you will receive 50%. I can only provide refunds when I am able, I may not be able to refund immediately upon request, but I will be more than happy to once I am in a position to.

Payment via PayPal will ALWAYS be sent through Goods & Services. It is against PayPal T.O.S to pay through Friends & Family. I will NOT ask you to send through F&F, EVER.

I will always share the sketch, lines, and flat colors with you as I work on your commission. If you would like more updates than that, please ask! I will happily and openly share all the progress I can with you.

I currently work a full time job. I try to draw when I find the time and energy, but I may take time to complete art. I AM NOT SCAMMING YOU! I am just busy!

My TAT can range anywhere from a few days to a few months, no more than 6 months. It is all based on my personal life and work life, as well as how long my queue is and where you are placed.
